The role of theĀ Front Desk ReceptionistĀ Ā 

Ā 

Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves customer complaints;Ā assistsĀ customers in all inquiries in connection with hotel services, hours of operations, key hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc.Ā Ensures the process of the guest checking in and out is completed in an efficient and friendly manner.Ā 

Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing theĀ guestĀ needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieveĀ maximumĀ customer satisfaction whileĀ complying withĀ all Four Seasons’ policies.Ā
