Responsibilities

This individual is the IT liaison for all software-related initiatives tied to capital projects, ensuring that applications and systems are planned, integrated, and deployed smoothly. This individual is also responsible for new or renovated office spaces and suites from an IT perspective. They will partner with end users to identify requirements early, define scope, and align software and hardware solutions with operational needs.This individual will coordinate software, hardware and system design meetings to finalize requirements, oversee integrations with existing platforms, and manage budget estimates for licensing, implementation, and support. Upon project completion, they will provide actual cost reporting and lessons learned. This person will support all IT software initiatives across departments, physicians, and staff. They will act as the single point of contact for all software and hardware related needs for a project.

Requirements

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

    • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
    • BA or BS degree preferred preferably with an IT orientation
    • Minimum of 5 years professional experience in total
    • Minimum of 1 - 5 years experience in a project environment
    • Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a project lead or project manager role
    • High proficiency with Office Software
    • Familiar with Project software and methodologies

Salary Information


Compensation decisions are made in alignment with internal equity, role scope, and market data to ensure fair and consistent pay practices. Most new hires are typically placed within the lower to mid-portion of the range; offers above that level are reserved for candidates with advanced or highly specialized qualifications.
