Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Perform a wide range of residential and light commercial plumbing work, including installations, repairs, service calls, troubleshooting, and repiping.
Operate heavy equipment, perform dig-ups, and handle pipe fitting for water, gas, and drainage systems.
Lead and mentor crews in the field, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance.
Deliver outstanding customer service and clear communication with homeowners and team members.
Troubleshoot, repair, and install plumbing systems with confidence and precision.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with plumbing codes.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (Maryland required)
Strong background in service and installation work
Foreman or crew leader experience – able to take charge
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow into a management role
