The Production Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient manufacture of products according to defined processes and quality standards. This role performs hands-on production tasks including batching, blending, filling, packaging, and equipment cleaning. The Production Operator ensures that daily production targets are met while maintaining a clean, compliant, and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mix raw materials according to batch sheets and production specifications
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and effectively during the production process
- Accurately fill, label, and package finished goods in compliance with quality standards
- Conduct routine equipment cleaning and maintenance to ensure readiness and safety
- Maintain production records, including quantities, batch numbers, and time logs
- Report any deviations, quality issues, or safety concerns to the Site Leader or QC
- Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures as required
- Support inventory control through accurate material usage reporting and waste minimization
- Other duties assigned by management

Educational Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Technical or vocational training in manufacturing (preferred)

Required Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Ability to operate equipment and follow batch/formulation instructions
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards
- Physical ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
