ACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Marketing & Sales Officer
ACCOUNTABLE FOR: Â The objective of this role is to support campaign execution, maintain pipeline organization, assist with outreach efforts, and ensure consistent follow-through across marketing and sales initiatives.

CLASSIFICATION: W-2 employee; part-time hourly
COMPENSATION RANGE: Ranges between $20.00 per hour to $25.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications
ANTICIPATED TRAVEL: Up to 10% of the time (interoffice and site-based meetings)
SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Marketing & Sales Coordinator will support execution across multiple EMS-managed entities while also assisting in maintaining structure and accountability across the sales team. This role will help ensure follow-through on initiatives, support communication, and provide visibility into ongoing activities, while also supporting onsite coordination and business development efforts.
SCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Coordinator will:
- Support execution of marketing campaigns, including email outreach and lead generation
- Assist with CRM management (GoHighLevel) and pipeline tracking
- Coordinate follow-ups with leads and internal teams
- Maintain data accuracy across accounts
- Support sales processes through outreach coordination and engagement tracking
- Assist in monitoring sales team activity, including outreach, follow-ups, and engagement
- Help ensure accountability across the sales team by tracking tasks and deliverables
- Coordinate communication between sales, marketing, and leadership
- Provide status updates and visibility on team activity and performance
- Assist with onsite business development efforts, including community outreach, events, and relationship-building initiatives
- Support coordination and logistics for meetings, networking events, and community engagement activities
- Manage scheduling, task tracking, and workflow organization
- Assist in documenting processes and maintaining operational structure across entities
UNSCHEDULED DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to media inquiries and crisis communication needs as necessary
- Assist in developing messaging for public statements or executive speeches
- Assist in special initiatives or campaigns related to recruitment, fundraising, or program awareness
- Support reputation management and community relations strategies
- Troubleshoot urgent content errors or branding inconsistencies
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

- Experience supporting multiple brands or business units

LEVEL OF EDUCATION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and sales processes
- Experience working with CRM platforms (GoHighLevel preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with in-person engagement and onsite responsibilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
