  • Develop comprehensive strategic business plans for each opportunity, aligning sales, marketing, and finance resources to maximize contract success across the full product portfolio.
  • Initiate and facilitate MOVE discussions with prospective customers; deliver virtual and in-person presentations; conduct facility assessments; collect KPI data for proposals and financial impact modeling; and manage all steps to advance opportunities to timely closure.
  • Provide strategic direction and collaboration across internal teams to build and maintain detailed account strategies for key targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with regional decision-makers and influencers, driving actionable plans and measurable sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of five (5) years of successful experience selling medical devices or clinical consulting solutions to C-suite executives, with a demonstrated track record of performance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
  • Exceptional presentation capabilities and strong financial acumen at the executive level.
  • Proven history of consistently exceeding quotas and business objectives.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-selling environment.
