We are looking for passionate, emerging clinicians to join our Outpatient Mental Health Center (OMHC) team and begin their journey making a lasting impact on children, adolescents, and families. Who We Are The Children's Guild is a nonprofit organization and affiliate of TranZed Alliance β€” one of the most experienced child-serving organizations in the Greater Baltimore/Washington region. Our OMHC provides evidence-based, trauma-informed outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and families across multiple locations in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Our interdisciplinary team includes therapists, clinicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and school-based professionals β€” all united by a shared commitment to helping every child thrive. Β  The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early-career clinician to grow their skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment. As a Therapist/Clinician, you will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents with diverse mental health needs Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy) under clinical supervision Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with COMAR, HIPAA, and agency standards Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and school staff Engage families as active partners in the therapeutic process Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development QualificationsWhat We're Looking For βœ” Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (required) βœ” Graduate licensure in Maryland or D.C.
