Supreme Service Today is seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Manager to oversee and optimize our production operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring efficient use of resources, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading teams to meet organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality compliance throughout all production processes. As Production Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s strategic growth initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar production supervisory role,

 preferably within HVAC, plumbing, or related industries.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Proficient in production planning, scheduling, and quality control processes

• Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project tracking and reporting.

• Relevant technical or industry certifications are a plus
