Supreme Service Today is seeking a highly qualified Service Manager to lead and oversee our service department operations. The Service Manager will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining service quality, and fostering team development. This leadership role requires an individual with exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities include managing service workflows, coordinating with field technicians, optimizing scheduling, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and implementing policies that promote efficiency and professionalism.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the HVAC, Plumbing or related service industry.

  • Familiarity with service management software is preferred.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
