Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Software / CNO Developer to join our team! In this role you will have significant impact on the mission of the United States Cyber Command. What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing embedded operations support, capability integration, and rapid prototyping in support of our customer.
- Collaborating with headquarters and local customers to develop and integrate cutting-edge CNO tools.
- Doing independent research into software and device vulnerabilities. Documenting and presenting findings. Developing software prototype demonstrations.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 15+ years of experience; Master's degree in related discipline and 12+ years of experience; or Associate's Degree and 16+ years of related experience
- Active TS/SCI + Polygraph
- Active Security+ (or higher certification), equivalent certifications may be considered
- C/C++, Python experience
- Assembly experience (any platform/processor)
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
- Software Development, Reverse Engineering, Vulnerability Analysis
- Cyber Security, AI/ML, cloud computing, full-stack development
- Familiarity with several languages, such as: Java, scripting languages
- Platforms: Linux, Windows, Mobile
- Assembly: x86, ARM, MIPS
- CySA+, or GICSP, or GSEC, or SSCP (DoD 8570/8140 IAT level II certification)
Security Clearance Requirement:
A security clearance is not required to apply; however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance which requires U.S. citizenship, prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $155,600.00 - $280,100.00
