How you’ll make an impact in this role

  • Orchestrate the surgical calendar to maximize operating room efficiency, ensuring that staff, equipment, and space are perfectly aligned for every procedure.

  • Facilitate seamless communication between physician offices and the surgical department to capture critical patient needs and surgeon preferences.

  • Safeguard the patient’s journey by managing accurate demographic and insurance data within the electronic record, preventing any financial or clinical delays to their care.

  • Adapt quickly to emergency cases or unexpected schedule changes, skillfully rebalancing the calendar to minimize disruptions to patients and clinical teams.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
    • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education OR experience, if applicable.
