POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you a forward thinker who's ready to take warehouse and inventory organization to the next level? We're looking for a Warehouse & Facilities Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and company facilities - keeping the warehouse, office, and yard safe, organized, and efficient. This role is critical to keeping our field operations running smoothly. You'll serve as a go-to point of contact for facility issues and a driving force behind a well-run, well-organized warehouse.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a clean, safe, organized warehouse in line with OSHA guidelines
  • Serve as a point of contact and first responder for office, warehouse, and yard facility issues, including after-hours emergencies when needed
  • Coordinate office maintenance, workstation setups, and facility improvement projects
  • Support and coordinate with vendors and contractors performing facility maintenance, repairs, and inspections
  • Manage tool and equipment tracking in RefTab; ensure tools are checked, tagged, and current
  • Support inventory accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and documentation
  • Assist with daily delivery schedules and coordinate with Project Managers on material needs
  • Communicate and partner with Project Managers, Foreman, Field Staff, and Delivery Drivers regarding deliveries, inventory, and tool/equipment tracking.
  • Verify order completeness, PO matching, and documentation for deliveries
  • Partner with Fleet to ensure vehicles are inspected, maintained, and DOT compliant
  • Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of warehouse or logistics experience
  • A forward-thinking mindset with an eagerness to modernize and elevate our warehouse and inventory systems
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Tech savvy – Willingness to learn and utilize technology to create best practices
  • Knowledge of construction & electrical materials, tools, and equipment preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with RefTab, Vista, or other logistics systems

License/Certification

  • Valid driver's license required
  • Forklift certification preferred, but not required
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain within (6) months of hire
  • CDL preferred, but not required
