Position Overview 

We’re hiring Production Associates to support our production floor operations. This role is ideal for entry-level to mid-level candidates who are hands-on, dependable, and eager to learn. You’ll be cross-trained on multiple pieces of equipment and processes, making this a great opportunity to build valuable production and manufacturing skills. 

No prior print experience required—we will train the right people. 

Requirements

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist with day-to-day production tasks across the shop floor 
• Operate and support printing, finishing, and fulfillment equipment (after training) 
• Hand-work including folding, inserting, sorting, packaging, and labeling 
• Assist with wide-format production, cutting, trimming, and mounting 
• Load/unload materials and help maintain production flow 
• Perform quality checks to ensure jobs meet specifications 
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe 
• Work collaboratively with team members to hit daily production goals 
• Ability to perform local deliveries using company vehicle 

Equipment You May Be Trained On 

• Digital and offset print equipment 
• Inserters and mail-processing equipment 
• Cutters, folders, and bindery equipment 
• Wide-format printers and finishing tools 
• Packaging, kitting, and fulfillment systems 

(Training provided—prior experience is a plus but not required.)

• Ability to follow directions and ask questions when needed 
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks 
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally 
• Attention to detail and pride in quality work 
• Team-oriented attitude with a positive mindset 
• Ability to travel to customer and perform work on-site 
• Reliable attendance and punctuality 

Experience Level 

• Entry-level to mid-level 
• Manufacturing, print, warehouse, or production experience is a plus 

Schedule & Environment 

• Full-time  
• Fast-paced production floor environment 
• Must be able to work overtime during peak periods
