The schedule for this position will be Tuesdays-Thursdays from 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM and Fridays from 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
The pay rate will be $19.54/hr.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Â Â
Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures (30%)Â
Provide information about lodge amenities and community resources (20%)Â
Coordinate transportation & EMPOWER Program services and schedules (15%)Â
Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies (15%)Â
Maintain organized front desk area and accurate guest records (10%)Â
Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols (10%)Â

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:Â Â
 ​High School Diploma or Equivalent​ Â
Additional education or training in hospitality management or customer service is a plus.Â
Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or a related field is preferred.Â
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service ExperienceÂ
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:Â Â
Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
Ability to work independently and multitaskÂ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systemsÂ
Excellent customer service and problem-solving skillsÂ
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekendsÂ

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Â Â
The role may require extended periods of standing and walking, particularly during front desk duties and while assisting guests.Â
Occasional lifting and moving of luggage, packages, or other items may be necessary when assisting guests with check-in, check-out, or transportation.Â
Some manual tasks, such as carrying luggage or opening doors for guests, may be requiredduring guest interactions.Â
The role may involve physical endurance to handle the demands of a fast-paced environment, including managing multiple tasks and assisting guests throughout the day.Â
