The Adult ICU/IMC Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) role at Johns Hopkins Health System offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in our Adult Intensive Care Units (ICUs) and, as needed, Intermediate Care Units (IMCs) across the organization.

You’ll have the opportunity to work across multiple Adult Intensive Care Units (ICUs), including Medical, Surgical, Cardiovascular, Neuro, Cardiac, and Oncology-focused ICUs — gaining exposure to diverse patient populations while enhancing your critical care expertise.

Who Should Apply:

  • Education: Associate degree in Nursing required. Applicants with an associate degree must enroll in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 5 years.
  • Licensure: Active Maryland or Compact RN license required.
  • Certification: BLS CPR certification required.
  • Experience: RN experience required.

Salary Range: Minimum $38.49/visit - Maximum $59.66/visit. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
