Suyi Park, MD & Associates, PA is seeking a dedicated and personable Nurse Practitioner to join our team on a full-time basis to support our mission of expanding access to quality care to our new primary care office in Baltimore. This role combines community outreach with direct patient care, helping us to grow our practice. Compensation is attractive because this new location has a lot of potential to provide care to residents in the area and beyond.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive physical exams and health assessments.
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations.
  • Provide preventive care, including immunizations and screenings.
  • Work closely with Dr. Park and the care team to ensure continuity of care.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient progress.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and lifestyle changes.
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
  • Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • Current Nurse Practitioner license in Maryland.
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and travel locally for outreach events.
  • Passion for primary care and patient-centered care.
  • Opportunity to grow into a larger clinical role as the practice expands.
