Salary Range: $100,000 – $200,000+ (Base + Unlimited Commission)

Key Responsibilities

·        Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the New & Used Sales teams

·        Drive profitability in both New and Pre-Owned vehicle departments

·        Improve customer retention and satisfaction

·        Set, monitor, and maintain performance standards

·        Identify new opportunities to grow sales and enhance the customer experience

Qualifications

·        2+ years of previous automotive sales management experience required

·        Proven ability to close deals and lead high-performing teams

·        Strong customer focus with the ability to think quickly and problem-solve

·        Innovative mindset to build new opportunities for the dealership

·        Basic MS Office skills and general computer, internet, and math proficiency
