Description

Seeking a reliable, motivated and energetic individual to join our team at a 35 unit affordable housing apartment complex in Bangor to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must be available to participate in the on-call schedule.

Pay is $25-27 per hour, based on experience.

BROAD SCOPE OF DUTIES:

unit turnover (making units ready for rent)
repairs to appliances and fixtures
basic plumbing and electrical repairs
paint building interiors
miscellaneous carpentry repairs
change locks
grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
vacuuming stairwells and hallways, mopping all common areas, wiping down all entryways, dusting all light fixtures, and cleaning all front door entryways
making sure that vacant units are clean
