Description

Join a fun team, not just our Maintenance department. This is a M-F 8a - 4:30 position.


As the maintenance worker you will assist with repair and maintenance of assigned area. You will repair within scope of practice or notify when a contractor needs to be brought in. As the maintenance worker you will perform regular scheduled inspection or maintenance of vehicles, equipment, and fire extinguishers as assigned including documentation. This position will also help out and cover in laundry, housekeeping, and transportation if necessary.

Requirements

REQUIREMNTS:

  • Valid State of Maine driver license, reliable transportation with proof of registration and insurance, and willingness to use own transportation for work.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to squat, stoop/bend, kneel, climb stairs, lift at least 50 pounds, and push and pull against potential resistance.
  • Adequate vision, reading, writing and documentation skills, and hearing to perform the essential functions of the position.
  • Ability to maintain assigned work hours, having sufficient endurance to perform tasks over extended periods.
