Mental Health Counselor Supervisor

Location: Maine
Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Maine clinical supervisors who want to support counselors, therapists, and other mental health professionals through meaningful supervision. This role allows experienced providers to help clinicians grow through case review, ethical guidance, documentation support, and mentorship.

Through Gotham’s Find a Supervisor feature, clinicians can find supervisors who match their license path, location, specialty, and supervision goals. Maine supervisors who join the platform can make it easier for clinicians to find the right professional support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and case review
Support ethical practice, documentation, and treatment planning
Help supervisees strengthen clinical skills and confidence
Follow Maine supervision and licensing requirements
Maintain professional supervision records

Active Maine clinical license in good standing
Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Must be qualified to supervise under Maine board rules
Experience providing clinical supervision preferred
