What You'll Do:

βœ” Coordinate and oversee medical care for individuals with diverse healthcare needs
βœ” Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as ordered
βœ” Complete assessments and monitor ongoing health concerns
βœ” Educate and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on medical care and equipment
βœ” Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams
βœ” Ensure compliance with state regulations and best practices
βœ” Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and medical training initiatives

This is a Full-Time position that does not require travel.Β 

What We're Looking For:

  • Active RN license (2+ years of nursing experience preferred)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
