What You'll Do:
β Coordinate and oversee medical care for individuals with diverse healthcare needs
β Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as ordered
β Complete assessments and monitor ongoing health concerns
β Educate and support Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) on medical care and equipment
β Collaborate with physicians, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams
β Ensure compliance with state regulations and best practices
β Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and medical training initiatives
This is a Full-Time position that does not require travel.Β
What We're Looking For:
- Active RN license (2+ years of nursing experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, high-quality care
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
