The Banking as a Service Program Coordinator works independently on day-to-day responsibilities, with support from leadership on more complex issues. Cross-functional collaboration and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders are essential. Strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of payment operations, and a commitment to regulatory compliance are key to success in this role.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external technical and operational support related to FinTech programs or the overall BaaS program.
- Create and maintain internal procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant operational processes.
- Execute the account opening (FBO, Corp, Settlement) process for fintech clients.
- Work internally and externally to execute monthly reporting packages and produce visual data deliverables on Ad-Hoc basis to support the operation of the BaaS program.Â
- Manage the execution of monthly invoices from various vendors.
- Assist in audit preparation and support audit-related activities.
- Monitor required monthly reporting from Fintech partners and escalate non-compliance to the BaaS Relationship Manager.
- Maintain and optimize internal team ticketing systems, identifying workflow efficiencies and automation opportunities.
- Work closely with external vendors and assists in the technical set up of new BaaS systems.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to Banking as a Service, and proactively share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Implementation of new Fintech’ programs.Â
- Perform additional duties as requested.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college preferred.
- Previous Retail Banking and/or Bank Operations experience preferred.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated analytical, quantification, and organizational skills.
- Excellent business development and customer service skills.
Physical Demands/Conditions Requirements:
- General office environment.
- Moderate lifting (to 35 lbs.) required. Moderate reaching, walking, sitting and standing required.
