As a Maintenance Technician you will provide excellent service to our residents and will help keep the apartment community running smoothly! The ideal candidate will have a background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, as well as the skills to prepare apartments for new resident move ins. QualificationsMaintenance Technician duties include but are not limited to: Performing routine maintenance and repairs such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliance repairs Responding to resident service requests with a friendly and positive demeanor Keeping the property in top shape with preventative maintenance Collaborating with team members to improve service efficiency What we are looking for: Experience in apartment maintenance or a related field Knowledge of basic repairs and troubleshooting Ability to work on-call as needed Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Must be certified to work with refrigerant.
