Sawmill Creek apartments is looking for a motivated Bookkeeper & Leasing Agent to join our team! If you enjoy balancing numbers while helping people find their next home, this could be the perfect role for you. Key Responsibilities Collect, post, and reconcile rent payments accurately Monitor resident accounts and follow up on outstanding balances Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and community tours Process rental applications, prepare lease documents, and coordinate move-ins Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents   Qualifications Prior experience in bookkeeping, property management, or leasing preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Professional, friendly, and dependable work ethic Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Experience with property management software (AppFolio preferred, or willingness to learn) Goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others   Why Join Lakes of Chateau Estates?
