Position Summary

The Marketing/Sales Coordinator will support the planning, evaluation, and execution of marketing and sales programs across divisions, providing recommendations and timely updates to support business performance. This position will focus on aligning unified sales goals while maintaining necessary division-level flexibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • Exercise independent judgment on significant matters related to marketing and sales operations.
  • Coordinate, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing and sales programs across all divisions.
  • Analyze program effectiveness and recommend adjustments to support financial goals and business priorities.
  • Recommend and negotiate program adjustments, as appropriate, to support sales and profitability objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Retail Services, and Merchandising teams to support program implementation.
  • Provide feedback on program development, execution needs, and business requirements.
  • Monitor program performance metrics and support execution plans with sales personnel leadership.
  • Oversee administrative coordination of support activities to help ensure accuracy, timeliness, and follow-through.
  • Implement strategic actions in a timely manner to support financial goals.
  • Support planning and logistics for key program events, including scheduling, coordination, and related follow-up.
  • Support compliance, training, and communication needs related to assigned programs and initiatives.


Core Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical ability, sound judgment, clear communication, and the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Retail Services, and Merchandising.
  • Experience in marketing coordination, sales coordination, sales operations, business analysis, program coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Ability to work with profitability, financial, sales, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and program details with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Sound judgment and ability to handle confidential business information appropriately.
