ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Additional duties, which are necessary to carry out the function of the Maintenance Worker, may be assigned and are incorporated by reference into this job description.
- Responsible for assisting the Maintenance Supervisor as skills may allow.
- Responsible for such functions including, but not limited to, repairing fences, changing light bulbs, demolition of old property, painting, electrical, assists in welding, refrigerator repairs, and assisting in lift equipment maintenance.
- Reports to work on time, as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor, and completes all duties in a timely manner.
- Performs above listed duties in a cooperative, capable manner, processing the information effectively and communicating the information as needed effectively.
- All personnel within this job description shall be subject to cross-training into jobs within the organization based on Company needs.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The employee environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job in a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly work in wet humid conditions, near moving mechanical parts and in outdoor weather conditions. The employee must frequently work in fumes or airborne particles and occasionally work in high, precarious places, with toxic or caustic chemicals, in extreme cold and with the risk of electrical shock. The noise level of the work environment is usually loud.
