We are currently recruiting for the position of Inbound Auditor. Shift Available- Sat-Mon 6p-6a  The Inbound Auditor is responsible for the auditing and integrity of inbound and outbound shipments across warehouse bays. This role involves auditing pallets from trucks against shipping labels and Bills of Lading (BOLs), applying and verifying labels, and signing off on completed audits. The role also plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, compliance, and smooth warehouse operations. The Inbound Auditor reports directly to the Operations Coordinator/Shift Supervisor and/or the head of the unit/department and does not involve forklift of machinery operations. The tasks and responsibilities required of the Inbound Auditor are outlined below: Audit inbound and outbound pallets against shipping labels, BOLs, and other shipping documentation. Verify product counts, descriptions, and lot numbers for accuracy. Apply labels to pallets as required, ensuring legibility and proper placement. Document audit results and discrepancies clearly and accurately. Communicate discrepancies or issues promptly to supervisors or warehouse leadership. Sign off on completed audits, certifying accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and shipping/receiving teams to ensure efficient workflow. In the performance of duties will be required to operate a variety of material handling equipment including VNA, deep reach, stand-up, sit down, EPJ forklifts, slip sheet machines, order pickers and rider-walkies. Uses an RF scanner in a computerized inventory control system to manage product movements throughout the warehouse. Maintain a safe and organized work area while adhering to company policies and procedures. Support continuous improvement efforts by recommending process improvements. Willingness to work overtime when needed and support assignments as assigned by the supervisor. QualificationsThe skills and qualifications required for the Inbound Auditor are outlined below: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Previous experience operating MHE and warehouse experience required. Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or auditing (preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Team oriented with strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to read and interpret BOLs, labels, and shipping documents. Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.  We offer an excellent benefit and compensation package.
