ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with B.J. Jordan - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. 

Candidates for this part time role can choose from a 9:00am - 1:00pm or 1:00pm - 5:00pm shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
