Who We're Seeking: Join our finance team as an Accounting Manager, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining financial integrity, supporting reporting and budget processes, and leading payroll operations. This position is based at our Barre, VT office, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement after an initial onboarding and training period. This position offers the opportunity to work across departments, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems.

Your Responsibilities: As a member of our dedicated team, you'll:

Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Prepare investment schedules, maintain fixed asset schedules, and support budgeting.
Supervise payroll and accounts payable operations.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external reporting requirements.
Support external audits and provide financial insights to leadership.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
4+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
Valid driver's license.
