Position: Capstone is looking for a Data and Quality Manager for our Barre, Vermont location. This position supports data compliance and attainment of programmatic and contractual outcomes across all Capstone programs. The Data and Quality Manager supports database development and assists Program Directors and Managers produce routine and new reporting for operations and grants. This position also supports tracking and achievement of strategic planning and grant goals in a ROMA driven environment, and trains and advises non-technical leadership on the use of systems, reporting, and documentation.

Competencies and other requirements for this position include:

  • B.A. in business, finance, communications, or another relevant area of study, or a comparable combination of relevant work experience and training.
  • 5 years of experience in supporting organizational operations and communications, including implementing, managing, and evaluating system reporting.
  • Experience working with grant and contract documentation.
  • Experience training and communicating technical details to non-technical managers.
  • Experience, competence, and sensitivity in working in organizations serving low-income or vulnerable individuals and families seeking to become economically self-sufficient.
  • Familiarity with federal grant reporting requirements.
  • Ability to organize, support, and/or manage tasks and projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met in an organized timeline while maintaining quality standards and documentation.
