Overview

We are expanding our remote team and looking for personable, organized individuals who enjoy helping customers and creating positive experiences. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will work directly with clients to understand their vacation needs, provide useful information, coordinate requested arrangements, and offer support throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals from many professional backgrounds, including those new to the travel industry. Previous experience is not required. Training, educational resources, and ongoing team guidance are provided.

Key Reponsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their vacation goals, dates, preferences, and spending range
  • Research hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, vacation packages, tours, and activities
  • Identify options that align with each client's individual requests and priorities
  • Explain available choices and help clients navigate the planning process
  • Assist with coordinating accommodations, transportation, activities, and additional services
  • Provide confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and applicable pre-departure information
  • Maintain communication with clients and provide timely updates as plans progress
  • Follow up regarding pending decisions, documentation, and important deadlines
  • Respond to routine questions and assist with reservation updates or special requests
  • Review traveler information and booking details for accuracy
  • Keep organized records of client interactions, preferences, and arrangements
  • Continue developing industry knowledge through supplier and destination education
