Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of skincare services from our menu of offerings.
- Offer personalized client consultations, addressing skincare concerns while recommending personalized recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment space, adhering to the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized treatments.
- Upsell skincare products and services based on clients' needs and preferences.
Must be willing to provide availability for nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Must have completed an Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program
- Licensed to provide facial services in the state of IllinoisÂ
- A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers
- Thrives in a professional, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a spa environmentÂ
