Take command of complex commercial construction projects and lead field operations from the front. As a Superintendent III, you’ll oversee jobsite execution, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Your expertise in construction processes and leadership will drive team performance while maintaining strong collaboration with project managers, architects, and clients. From scheduling and cost control to quality assurance and safety management, you’ll be the central force keeping projects moving forward.

  • 8–12+ years managing commercial construction projects in the field
  • Bachelor’s in Construction Engineering/Management or related field preferred (equivalent experience considered)
  • Extensive experience managing commercial construction activities in the field
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control
  • Proven leadership ability to mentor teams and manage subcontractors effectively
  • Experience working with general contractors in Higher Education, K-12, or Industrial construction markets preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
  • Willingness to travel in-state for project assignments
