About the role
HealthFitness is looking for an Aquatics Group Fitness Instructor to join the team
at the Advocate Good Shepherd Club, managed by HealthFitness in Barrington, IL.
This is a position teaching approximately 3 classes per week, depending on scheduling with Saturdays from 10:00AM - 10:45AM in high demand.

Responsible for providing fun, effective, and safe aquatic group exercise to member.Minimum Requirements
- Current AEA or FiTour Aquatics group exercise instructor certification required.
- Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
- 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
- Flu vaccination required during the Fall season.
