This role ensures every customer receives professional communication, accurate estimates, and timely updates throughout their service experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.   Key Responsibilities Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive for service. Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests and vehicle information. Create repair orders and clearly communicate recommended services and pricing. Coordinate repair scheduling with technicians and ensure efficient workflow in the shop. Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair status, additional findings, and completion times. Review work performed and explain invoices to customers upon vehicle delivery. Ensure all repairs are completed to manufacturer and company standards. Handle warranty, recall, and maintenance work documentation accurately. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to promote trust and retention. Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic mechanical understanding of vehicle systems and maintenance. Experience with dealership management systems (Dealertrack, CDK, or similar) preferred. Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple repair orders at once. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
