Position Summary
A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks. In addition, must be punctual and thorough.

Essential Functions聽
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including vacuuming, mopping, cleaning windows, dusting, and restocking bathrooms and break rooms supplies.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, sinks, and countertops.
- Clean and sanitize break rooms floors, countertops, and refrigerators.
- Keep facilities and common areas clean and maintained.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Disinfect common areas using proper germicides.
- Notify managers of necessary repairs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Skills and Abilities:聽
Education: Highschool diploma or equivalent; relevant experience or knowledge
Requirements and Qualifications:聽
路 Understands oral and written instructions
路 Prioritizes work
路 Physical strength and stamina; ability to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time
路 Ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
路 Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time
路 Previous experience cleaning preferred
路 Pays attention to detail when cleaning
路 Organized and able to follow a schedule
路 Friendly
