QualificationsGeneral Requirements: The purpose is to perform a set up for a given part and produce high precision components according to the customer’s print, specifications, and guidelines. Produce components according to the rate determined by Camcraft. May use one or more various types of CNC, manual grinders and vertical and horizontal hones.   Start the machine and perform start up inspection Ensure that proper gauging is being used for the job intended to run Read and understand blueprint Produce precision components according to the blueprint Produce precision components at rate Perform all necessary part inspection using gauging instruments specified in the inspection sheet Perform necessary statistical process control Clean the workstation, check machine fluid levels and refill as needed Perform set up for a new or an existing component to be honed Obtain necessary tooling Troubleshoot as needed Understands job priority based on department schedule Report department's performance and issues to the Bore Sizing department manager Follows established safety practices and requirements pertaining to the type of work involved.   Benefits: We offer medical (PPO), health saving account, flexible spending, dependent flex spending, dental, vision, paid vacation, paid holidays, short/long term disability, 401K with company match, life insurance/AD&D, accident plan, critical illness plan, hospital indemnity plan, legal plan and much more!
