Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician supports the Team Lead in performing routine, preventive, and reactive maintenance, as well as groundskeeping across our multi-unit, dual-site facility.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned maintenance tasks, including scheduled, preventive, and reactive work
- Utilize appropriate tools, equipment, and materials to complete assigned tasks
- Inspect tools, equipment, and completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Support project timelines and contribute to team goals
- Follow and promote Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards
- Practice and uphold safe working procedures when using machinery, tools, and materials
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair tasks
- Complete additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical degree or Associate degree in a related field preferred
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Skills & Competencies
- Technical Knowledge:Â Experience in mechanical, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, or construction work preferred (training provided for candidates with foundational experience)
- Service Focus:Â Commitment to delivering high-quality work and supporting team success
- Communication:Â Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork:Â Ability to collaborate and contribute to shared goals
- Attention to Detail:Â Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry 50–75 lbs
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, noise)
- Ability to perform duties in physically demanding and occasionally high-stress environments

Compensation & Benefits
- $19.00 – 21.00 / hour
