Johnson Bros. is seeking resumes for Oilers that are ready to come to work in Bartow, FL

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Oiler will be responsible for performing routine lubrication, maintenance, and minor repairs on various equipment and vehicles. This role supports both the equipment yard and the shop as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular greasing, lubrication, and minor servicing.
Conduct routine inspections and basic repairs.
Assist in the equipment yard and shop as directed.
Maintain accurate service record and report issues to supervisors
Ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Other Skills and Abilities:

Must be able to legally work in the United States.
Must be willing to work in a drug-free environment and agree to a post offer drug test.
Must be willing to work safely and keep OSHA recordable incidents to a minimum.
Willingness to continue to improve technical knowledge and ability.
The ability to communicate well and get along with others is an important attribute for the success of this position.

Prior experience preferred.
Compliance with all safety and company policies and procedures is a must. The candidate must have a valid Driver's License.
