Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Provide individualized, evidence-based PT services
• Help residents regain strength, mobility, and independence
• Collaborate with an experienced interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in discharge planning and continuity of care

• Licensed PT (or soon-to-be graduate)
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and committed to excellent patient care
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
