About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to expectant mothers and families to assess health and food security needs.
- Facilitate access to maternal health services and nutrition programs.

- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Organize and participate in community health events and workshops.
- Advocate for clients to ensure they receive necessary support and resources.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience in community health, social work, or a related field.
- Knowledge of maternal health issues and food security challenges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in record-keeping and reporting.
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards clients.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Fluency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus.
