Role and Responsibilities Learn the following tasks to operate various machines within the digital printing department. Â Works closely with Lead Digital Printer to meet schedules, attention to details, graphic files, and quality of work performed by department. - Work with members of department to learn to print high quality graphics that will be manufactured into various visual communication products.

- Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely completion of production schedules
- Perform assigned tasks within the overall workflow that produces a product that meets or exceeds customers’ expectations
- Meet quality standards at all times for all projects and provide recommendations for improvements
- Load large rolls of paper and fabrics
- Stack and organize fabric and materialÂ
- General room cleaning and maintenance responsibility
- Communicate within the organization with Printing, Graphics, and Operations in a professional manner
 QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects
- Ability to speak and read English fluently
