Randal Retail Group, established in 1981, is a third-generation family-owned business operated out of Batavia, IL. Randal manufacturers and installs custom store fixtures, signage, and graphics. Our team designs and manufactures custom millwork, seating, and tables – nationally and internationally. Randal Retail works with a number of retail, foodservice, health & fitness and franchise operations. 

About the role

Join a fast-paced office environment servicing clients daily while working alongside internal teams like purchasing, production and sales to fulfill customer needs. 

Core Responsibilities

· Respond to customer phone calls and emails in a timely fashion

· Answer customer questions and solve problems regarding orders

· Write up and process orders in MRP system

· Organize multiple customer requests simultaneously 

· Work with purchasing to ensure proper inventory levels are maintained

· Work with manufacturing to ensure quality and timely delivery of products

· Obtain freight quotes

· Additional admin support as needed

Requirements

Qualifications

· 3 years customer service in manufacturing industry required

· Bachelor degree preferred 

· Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, excel specifically

· Prior MRP experience a plus

· Ability to read and understand blueprints is preferred

· Highly organized with multi-taskings skills is required
