Report directly to the C-suite, offering your strategic insights and leadership directly where it counts. A visionary leader competent in multi-faceted operational planning. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with senior leadership to set strategic goals and make decisions for operational activities. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and effective workflow. Lead and manage a diverse team, including administrative staff, remote workforce, and assistant project managers/superintendents, providing constructive feedback and ensuring procedure adherence. Evaluate the efficacy of business procedures and implement improvements in line with organizational objectives. Oversee procurement processes and manage material and resource allocation. Conduct financial reviews and adjust operational budgets to maximize profitability. Formulate or revise company policies and promote their effective implementation. Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors. Constantly refine customer support processes to optimize customer satisfaction. Ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of projects. Analyze and interpret performance data and metrics for ongoing improvement.
