This role is designed to support the software development team in creating efficient and effective software solutions that meet the needs of the company and its clients. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, and test software applications. - Assist in the debugging and troubleshooting of software issues. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality. - Maintain and update existing software applications as required. - Document software development processes and procedures. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives. QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Required Experience: - 1-2 years of experience in software development or a related role. - Experience with programming languages such as Informix 4GL, Genero BDL, SQL. - Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Integrations: - Basic understanding of EDI, XML, Json, APIs or flat file data exchanges Required Skills and Abilities: - Proficiency in coding and debugging. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
