Senior Manager, Quality Assurance

Milacron is looking for a Plant Quality Manager to join our team in Batavia, Ohio. In this position, you will be responsible for leading and improving the site Quality Management System, managing ISO‑9001 compliance, and driving consistent quality performance across operations.

Work You’ll Do:

• Lead and continuously improve the ISO‑9001 based Quality Management System for the site
• Own ISO‑9001 audits, including external audits, internal audit programs, and Layered Process Audits
• Use quality and operational data to identify trends, drive root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Direct site Quality Assurance activities, including nonconforming material, scrap, and rework cost control
• Develop and lead the quality team, building capability and preparing talent for future advancement

Qualifications:

Must‑have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or manufacturing field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and workflows
• Deep experience deploying and maintaining ISO‑9001 Quality Management Systems
• Hands‑on experience leading audits and corrective action processes
• Proven problem‑solving experience using structured methodologies

Nice to have:

• Experience working with complex mechanical, electrical, and software‑integrated systems
• Background in quality assurance focused on process control rather than inspection only
• Knowledge of machine technologies
• Experience leading through influence in matrixed or operations‑driven environments
