Experienced Residential Plumbing Service Technician – Top Pay & No On-Call

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00/hr base + uncapped commissions

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, repair, and upgrade residential plumbing systems
  • Perform high-quality service work with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, explain solutions, and build trust
  • Offer maintenance options and recommend services when appropriate
  • Complete accurate service tickets using mobile apps or standard forms
  • Follow safety codes and best practices in all repairs and installations
  • Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment in clean and professional condition
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform other duties as assigned

 


Specific Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Minimum 3+ years of professional plumbing service experience
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and code compliance
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Clean, valid Florida driver’s license
  • Must pass drug screen and background check
  • Relevant licenses or certifications are a strong plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position works in residential homes and may require exposure to varying weather conditions, confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces, and other active work environments. Technicians must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors while maintaining a professional and safety-focused attitude.

Physical requirements include:

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and reaching
  • Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively
  • Ability to work in tight or elevated spaces as needed
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
