This effective hourly range includes our attendance incentive program that rewards employees who work all scheduled hours during the pay period. Effective Earnings by Welding Level Apprentice Welder ~$20.50 per hour effective earnings Welder I ~$22.00 – $23.50 per hour effective earnings Welder II ~$24.00 – $25.50 per hour effective earnings Welder III ~$26.00+ per hour effective earnings Effective earnings include attendance incentive eligibility.  Attendance Incentive Program Employees who work all scheduled hours during the pay period are eligible to earn a $240 attendance incentive every two weeks. When earned consistently, this program adds approximately $3.00 per hour in additional earnings.
