Sheet Metal Worker- 2nd Shift

Milacron is looking for a Sheet Metal Worker to join our team in Batavia, OH on 2nd shift. In this position, you will design, lay out, make templates, and fabricate sheet metal parts as required.

Work You'll Do:

• Operate various shears, press brakes, spot welders, and other fabrication equipment as required to create sheet metal parts.
• Work to close tolerances as specified or required by the machine design.
• Perform dressing and grinding operations as required for fit and appearance. 
• Work safely and in an environmentally responsible environment.
• Understand and support company philosophies, goals, and directions, including ISO 9001 and 14001 policies and procedures.
• Read drawings containing multiple views and sections.
• Shape welded pieces to produce proper fit and contours.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• 3+ years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
