You will balance hands-on work with supervisory responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations and employee development. Job Responsibilities Oversee production equipment maintenance and actively participate in production tasks, demonstrating expertise. Monitor the servicing and maintenance of all equipment, including motors, conveyors, and transmission systems. Identify opportunities for process improvement and coach team members to implement changes. Ensure finished products meet quality standards through hands-on inspection and verification. Train new team members on safety procedures, job duties, and quality standards. Ensure team members have the necessary materials and resources to complete tasks efficiently. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity and quality. Collaborate with department leaders to optimize operations and achieve production goals. Identify and address issues related to efficiency and quality. Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and advance their careers.
